There are some interesting innovations tackling youth unemployment, support for single mothers and their children, and improvements of living conditions in suburban areas. This report is part of a series describing innovative projects in the welfare areas of housing, employment, family care and immigrant integration in 20 cities across Europe.

A total of 20 European cities have been studied in depth within the WILCO framework.
