A brief description of the WILCO Project is presented in this theme issue on Social Innovation published by the Observatory for Sociopolitcal Developments in Europe.
In addition, an European conference on social innovation called “New opportunities or new restrictions: Social innovation and providers of social services in Europe” will be hosted by the Observatory in Berlin on December 17-18, 2012.
